TELUS Health MyCare™ offers the convenience of accessing healthcare providers directly from your phone.

Features:

• Video Consultations: Easily book appointments with doctors, counsellors, or dietitians of your choice (subject to provincial restrictions) and have video consultations from the comfort of your home. Prescriptions and referrals for diagnostic tests/specialists can also be provided.
• Access Consultation Notes: Quickly access your TELUS Health MyCare consultation notes and appointment details through the Care Hub whenever needed. Plus, get your prescription delivered directly through the app.
• Language Options: By default, appointments are scheduled in English. However, in Quebec, appointments can be conducted in either French or English. If you prefer another language, please contact our Support Team.
• Symptom Checker: Gain peace of mind anytime with our chat-style Symptom Checker powered by Artificial Intelligence. It asks questions about your symptoms and suggests appropriate actions.
• Healthcheck: Learn more about your health with our free digital assessment tool. In just 15 minutes, it offers insights into your current health and suggests lifestyle changes for healthier living.
• Monitor: Connect your existing health apps and set medication reminders to manage your health in one convenient place.

Getting Started:

1. Register for a free account.
2. Select a convenient appointment time.
3. Begin a video consultation with a healthcare provider.

We prioritize the security and privacy of your data. TELUS Health MyCare follows rigorous clinical procedures that meet industry and legal standards. Patient records are retained in accordance with national best practice guidelines, and all patient data is securely transmitted using industry-recognized encryption methods.

Language / Langue:

The app is available in English and French. To change the app's language without changing your smartphone's language, follow the instructions below based on your Android OS version:

Android 13 or later OS:

1. Go to your phone's Settings.
2. Search for "Languages and input".
3. Select "App languages", then "TELUS Health".
4. Select your preferred language.

Android 12 or lower OS:

The app's language is dependent on your phone's language. To change the app's language, modify your phone's language settings in the general settings of your device.
